If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any article (new and never worn except for fitting) within 15 days of the delivery date.
In that case, you may re-label your package with the enclosed prepaid return label and drop it at the nearest post office. You can also request a duplicate of the return label by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you come across any problems about your delivery, -- for instance if we made a mistake with your order, or if your article is defective, please do contact our Customer Service at email@example.com or give us a call. We strive to reply within 48 working hours and offer the best solutions.
If you want to return an article to exchange it for a different size or color, we suggest you first check on the website if the desired article is still in stock.
In case the article you want is out of stock once we receive your return package, you will promptly be notified.
Make sure to include a note mentioning the reason for your return (ie. Exchange, refund, defect...).
